Hello Friends,
I hope you all are having a great summer! Summer yes, but not for long; time passes so quickly! With only 3 months to go we are gearing up for our annual, Experiencing Revival Crusade...This year's theme is, "The Awakening!" To be honest, it seems like it took forever getting a theme for this crusade. I pray earnestly for the right direction and then what guest speakers would assist the focus that I feel God would have us take. The Awakening is strong in my spirit, as I believe we are past needing a wake up call! Our Country right now is in a very critical state. Everywhere you go people are talking about what is going to happen.....have you noticed there is no "good news!" I will agree that it looks like an impossible feat even for God! Our Country has never been in as much debt as it is at present. How did this mess happen? Who has the answers? This is only one issue facing us as Americans.......This is one of the reasons I felt so strongly about this theme. God is the only answer for our dilemma as a Nation and as a Christian. The church must stand up and take her rightful place.....I truly believe if the church would wake up the world around us would see a nation that is led by God and only God can win a victory for us.....King David....in the Word of God, time and time again faced many obstacles, enemies and failure....Yet despite all, he knew where his strength came from. He was victorious only when he obeyed the direction of the Lord. While revival is happening in many places, still the church as a whole is desperately in need of a "Holy Ghost Shaking!" Only then will we see things begin to turn around. My prayer is that God will use this crusade as a wake up call for all of us.....We so need God's presence and power to fill us to radically moving out and conquering the enemy! Are you READY for A MOVE of GOD like never BEFORE!!!!!!! Seek Him while He may be found.....time is running out....Let's do this thing!!!

WOMEN ON A MISSION

God is amazing and certainly has a lot of faith in us at times to carry out brand new assignments. After the crusade in the fall I had decided that I would take a break and not do a crusade at all in the Spring. Generally we do a crusade somewhere out of state. The key word here is "I" decided, not the Lord. He reminded me quickly that He had not given me that command, but was directing me to do something that I had never done. Crusades I love, but they are always for the entire body of Christ. Now, I felt the Lord directing me to present a crusade just for "women." It was partly inspired by some wonderful women that God has allowed me to know. I kept hearing statements like, "Please have something just for us girls. Let's have a girl crusade!" After taking this thought to the Lord in prayer I immediately felt the direction to proceed with this new and yet exciting assignment. Never doing a "women's thing" I wondered just what the Lord had in store. It wasn't long before the theme came and everything proceeded to follow. It has been a blast preparing for this crusade. Women are a special species with very special needs. And, we women need those times when we can just have "girl time!" I want to encourage you ladies to make plans to attend this awesome weekend. We are going to laugh, cry and enter into the presence of the LORD. I don't know what all the Lord has in store for us, but I do know it's going to be super exciting!!!! Great music, dynamic word, extraordinary testimonies and much more.......The deadline is MARCH 18TH So, hurry and get registered. I really hope you'll join us!!! Remember....Every Woman has a MISSION!!!!! See you there!!

"ON THE ROAD"

It's nothing like being home, but after awhile, my husband even says, "time to get to work, my Love!" He's so right, I detest being too idle. I feel like I am useless although even home I stay extremely busy. On the Road in January is a risk because you never know what the weather may be like. Candace, my armor bearer and me arrived in Missouri Friday morning, Jan. 28th after driving from Virginia all night. It was an easy drive, just long! We were beginning revival at Brookside Church in Branson, Missouri. Pastor Kevin and Cindy Reich are long time friends and pastor a great church. They have been hosting, "God Encounter" weekends for several months which gathers people from miles around to come corporately to seek God and "have church!" Pastor Kevin and I had been praying about me coming to be a part of this continuing revival but being so far away posed a problem. Timing certainly plays the biggest role in being somewhere......Finally we got here, and Sunday morning when I arrived for the service, I was taken back by the "anticipation and hunger" that the people displayed. It was so exciting to finally be somewhere where people were set past go! And go, we did! Sunday morning was wonderful, we came back to a church full of hungry people on Sunday night. The Lord certainly did not disappoint us! HE CAME! His glory filled the house, as many were touched by God's presence. So beautiful was the blessings being poured out upon people that longed to be changed. Can I tell you this is the environment I long for! As a Revivalist, it is a continual search for times when God comes, takes full control, we get out of the way and HE does what HE does best......."CHANGE PEOPLE!" On Monday the weather forecast was looking grim......with a blizzard on the way? It was blowing our mind......" God you have got to be kidding.....I come all the way to Branson to become a part of a revival that is building and now SNOW!!!!" Needless to say I was so disappointed....WE had church on Monday night.....people came even though they were expecting all this bad weather. Branson has not had a forecast of this caliper since the 1800's.....go figure!!! Because revival had broken out, Pastor Kevin decided to extend the meetings, but when we woke up Tuesday morning ,it was to an inch of ice followed by 3-4 inches of fresh snow.....Well, Branson is not accustomed to snow, so there was no road preparation or snow plows. Not to mention the temperatures were someone around 5-9 degrees! Ok, so for 3 days we were unable to have revival services. As for Candace and me we have been well taken care of....a beautiful apartment and food being brought in by the church members...they are wonderful! So where are we now?.....Well...Church tonight, Saturday evening and Sunday AM....then on to New Life Temple, in Holliser, MO with Pastor Bruce Haynes. I am blessed to have two churches here that I love! Both Pastor's and congregations are certainly worth the drive to Branson. So, I would ask you all to pray for us.....Monday me and Candace need to head back to Virginia.......Can't wait until Spring!!!!(Smile).....We need a major THAW!!!!

A New Year!

Happy New Year! January is here and so is the nice cold weather! I know the snow and cold is not a favorite to a lot of people, but I really like Winter. I love the snow and the beauty of that first blanket of white when everything seems still and quite. January is the month for me to refocus, regroup, re-energize and plan ahead. It's funny that at the beginning for a new year, no matter the extreme difficulties there just seems to be a new found hope for a new year. I want to say, "Hey just because the calender tells us it's 2011...all the "stuff" in 2010 just rolled over with you!" Well it did, but the word, "new" gives us a sense of motivation that challenges us to begin again. It helps us to take on a new perspective to the situation. It's as if the slate has been wiped clean and we have another chance to do this thing! Well, I say whatever it takes to keep us moving forward is, okay. I must admit......January is like leaving all those mistakes, failures and unsuccessful events in the past. Whatever Satan has thrown into your path, just jump over it and keep moving!!!! NEVER allow your past to dictate your future....it's all a game .......a device that Satan himself knows too well. So..... how do we begin again? Forget what is behind...........All it takes is a made up mind! That's it! Just make up your mind that this is going to be a great year! Simple!....Make that your goal and move from there........With God on our side, whatever this new year brings, we'll get through it!!! I wish for you all a very HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

The Gift Has Already Been Given!

Cold temperatures, the smell of hot apple cider and all the sounds of the season. Yep, I must admit this is my favorite time of the year......I love Christmas, I love everything about it.....Whether it's trimming a tree, baking, addressing cards, it's things we do because of the season and it's done because Jesus is the season! I always have the privilege of decorating at my local church. It is one of the things I like to do when off the road. It is a very festive time at our church.....Our congregation seems to enjoy all that is done. The more I can do to make things beautiful for the Lord is always such a joy! The season is filled with festive images, sounds and fragrances all for the Glory of God! We are celebrating a King so, whatever we do cannot compare to His royalty. Jesus is the reason for the Season, enjoy every moment, take it all in, making memories is a special task.....And, remember, Christmas isn't about the money you may or may not spend. The greatest gift has already been given...just embrace HIM! Our prayer is that each of you will experience Christmas in a very special way this season. Open your heart and allow the Lord to fill you with His love.....Slow down and take some quality time enjoying His presence....you will find that HE has been waiting on you!

"CHASING THE LION"

I can't begin to put into words how awesome our crusade was this year. God absolutely overwhelmed us with HIS GLORY! I have had the privilege of being in some dynamic services but I don't think I have ever been in a service where the people could not move because of the presence of God. I witnessed people standing for over 2 hours weeping before the Lord without music or preaching, just standing as God ministered to people in His way. People fell at the alter without being asked to come. It was a time of visitation that I pray I get to see and experience again. This GLORY presented in the Saturday AM service as Dr. Larry Martin shared the story of the Azusa Street Revival. He shared about the life of William Seymour and how God used such a man of humility to usher in a Pentecostal wave that we are intensely still riding today! On Sunday morning and Sunday night that same GLORY was present.......Bishop Ron Webb could not minister the Word because of the intense presence of God that moved into the building.

Yes, it was a time of visitation! We gathered again on Monday evening, only to find a building filled with people from all denominations and race. People hungry for a move of God.....This is REVIVAL....it crosses all barriers and man made rules! It deletes our focus of time and reasoning. We just want God to come! What causes God to come? It's when people get "hungry!" God wants to invade the services that we gather to and somehow try to manage. He would like for us to get out of the way and allow HIM to do what HE does best!!! CHANGE LIVES! It's not about the preaching it's not about the beautiful music, it's not about product tables and special guest, or even the location, BUT IT'S ABOUT CREATING AN ENVIRONMENT THAT IS CONDUCIVE FOR HIM TO FLOW IN!!!

I don't know about you, but I am still 'CHASING THE LION!" My desire is ever increasing and my love for HIM gets sweeter each day. JESUS IS COMING.....ARE YOU READY????? Time is passing quickly.......

A special thank you to those of you who came and supported this awesome crusade.......and I pray that you got exactly what you came for......MORE OF HIM! This ministry only bears my name....but IT'S ALL ABOUT HIM!!!!!!!!!

Well here we are half way through September.....which means.....the crusade is not far behind....
I sure hope that you guys are getting as excited as I am. I pray that God will completely take over every moment as we come into His life-changing presence. This is an opportunity to take advantage of these awesome meetings. Much prayer has gone forth and careful planning has taken place to bring just the right speakers to us. I believe that there will be a powerful and on time word for the house! Praise God! I believe that through this theme, "Chasing the Lion," God has some things to say to us. Hello Everyone, I pray that you all have had a wonderful summer. I can't believe how quickly it has passed, but it always does. As most of you know, we are now a programmer with Light Source.com. It has been a joy to be there, and the response has been very exciting. I want to inform you that we will be adding weekly devotionals to be posted each Wednesday. I would ask that you check them out and then respond and let me know what you think. I really want to contribute articles that will help and inform. "IT'S A NEW SEASON, IT'S A NEW DAY............I am so excited about turning to the next chapter of our ministry journey! We launched a brand new program on Light Source July 16, 2010. Light Source is the leading provider for Christian video content on the Internet. Now my messages will be accessed 24 hours a day around the world. My spirit leaped to recall the many times I have prayed for the opportunity to preach this Awesome Gospel world-wide. Now, God is allowing me that opportunity, but with opportunity comes great responsibility. It is my passion to encourage others to go after God with a heart completely sold out to HIM. If we are complacent and lethargic in our effort to seek God, then our desires are going to wain for Him, and others will not be touched or moved by the God in us. THE KEY TO REVIVAL

Recently I have been thinking more about revival than I ever have. It burns within me so much that I can hardly think of anything else. I long for the Lord to come and bring that awesome move that transcends our globe, where people are not just moved by a few chill bumps or a moment of glory, but where their whole world shifts to a point of no return. Our last crusade was held back in April in Oklahoma but back at the end of February God lead me into a 30 day purification and cleansing time. I am a woman of prayer, but this was indeed a very different call. As I fell before God each day in prayer and cried out, "purify me," God began to stir some deep seated unresolved emotions that I thought had been confronted. It is amazing how when you spend extra time in His presence what He will confront for you......In my weeping and brokenness I ask the Lord what was needed to see a great out-pouring of revival and the Lord gently spoke to my spirit, "Purity!" It's going to take purity of heart to see God move in a way that we have never had Him move. In America we have been so blessed to have most anything that we could ask or think. We have become a Nation that needs God less and less. This self-contained attitude has gotten this Nation in a mess! Material obsessions have stolen our love for God. Everything else is important and priority with God is now considered, "a way of the past." Now, a pure and Godly lifestyle has been replaced with a "religious duty" for maybe one hour on Sunday. Without a true relationship with God, one will find themselves drifting farther away from the truth. We will believe a lie and be dammed without recovery from the death that "Casual Christianity" can cause. SOUND THE ALARM......We are in a desperate and dangerous time, when men will be lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God. ( II Timothy 3 ) King David prayed in Psalms 51...."create in me a clean heart oh God and renew a right spirit in me..." If there was ever a time to wake up it's NOW...allow the Lord to shake you and break you so that you will cry out....."Lord Purify my heart!" Don't leave me this way.....I need to change!!!! God wants to send us REVIVAL......

OKLAHOMA CRUSADE

I just arrived home from a wonderful crusade. God certainly did grace us with HIS presence. If you were to ask me, "Well did He come in the way you desired?" I would have to respond, no. But, God did come and bless us. It was extraordinary...... but I am so hungry for God's touch that far exceeds what I have experienced already. Everyday I think about, God's presence being so intense that it consumes me to the point of no return. In that I mean, not returning to the old, carnal, satisfied state that we can sometimes find ourselves in. As Christians we need to keep the fire burning all the time. It must never go out! Satan desires that we all become robots that he has programmed and deadened to the voice of God. I am grieved that at times I hear people say, "Well I used to be on fire for God." "I remember when I was that excited about God!" Why do we allow this carnal nature and the things around us to move us into a mode of the mundane. We must pray and seek God faithfully. Jude says, "Building up our most Holy Faith, praying in the Holy Ghost." We have to have a consistent prayer life if we ever want to stay close to God and hear His voice. I know I am not satisfied. When I come out of a crusade, it only whets my appetite for more...... AND, He did come. We saw people come for re-dedication, healing, miracles took place. Those that needed deliverance from various things were made free by the power of God. It was wonderful ........but I want more!!!! I encourage you to get a fire burning and allow God to engulf you with the flames of REVIVAL!!!!!! There is much work to do!!!

MIRACLES ARE STILL HAPPENING!

Recently I had the privilege of holding a revival at the Walmsley Blvd United Methodist Church. As always, wherever God leads me I pray for HIM to show up mightily in the services. I learned a long time ago that God doesn't just present His power to a particular faith of people, or a particular race of people, but He moves with a people that desires for Him to come. There is not a denomination or culture or race that has a monopoly on the power of God. Presently there is a powerful move of God taking place in the United Methodist Churches. Not all of them are embracing this touch of God, but some of them are tapping into the benefits of God's grace that has been made available without limits. I want to share with you a testimony of a dear woman that received a miracle during the Monday evening service. I pray that her testimony will inspire you to reach out for whatever it is that you are needing God to do for you...

"Hi, my name is Diane Burton. In March of 2009 I experienced a bad fall that broke my left leg at the tibia below my knee. After surgery and 6 months of rehab I still could not fully extend my leg. Rehabilitation professionals told me that this was the best they could hope to accomplish and released me. I walked with a limp and experienced pain until the night of March 1, 2010. The church I attend, Walmsley Blvd UMC had a three day revival from February 28-March 2, 201o with Dr. Shelia Isom. She spoke all three nights. At the end of the first meeting she said she was going to speak on healing at our next meeting. I came to the next meeting expecting something from GOD, I wanted my leg healed. After Dr. Isom preached the anointed Word of God on healing, the alter was opened for prayer. I went up! Dr. Isom anointed me with oil and prayed the prayer of faith over me, then I went back to my seat. All of a sudden while I was standing at my pew, I noticed that my leg was straight. I was able to fully extend my leg! I kept bending and extending my leg over and over. I hadn't been able to do that for over a year, now I can! Praise His Holy Name! Later that night I was able to get down on my knees and pray thanking GOD for his blessing of healing.

I remain blessed of the Lord everyday!

After Diane came forward for prayer and received her healing, the people began to come forward for prayer as well. Her healing became a witness for others, that God was really able to bring about a miracle. Not only Diane received, but several others in that same service were healed instantly. Deaf ears, injured backs, nerve damage in the forehead and many others were touched.

Many people come for prayer to be healed. Some are healed and some are not! So the question still remains, WHY? I believe the answer is in Diane's statement when she said, "I came expecting!" Without faith and expectation you will never move God. Faith must be in constant movement, when it ceases to make a demand for our needs, then we remain without. I am still rejoicing with Diane about her miracle, it has only made me hungry for more. I speak this awesome touch upon your life today! It's yours, God delights in touching you right where you are. So, reach out, make a demand on your faith to really believe and EXPECT! NOW receive your miracle!!

"DON'T STAY HERE!"

I recently received an email with this statement and it really got me to thinking. "Begin where you are but don't stay there!" Isn't this where we fail the most, not really sure what to do sometimes. It's so easy to become complacent and lethargic when trying to move forward. There must be a beginning, but what can we accomplish if we never move beyond the beginning. There are many reasons why people just don't move forward, but to accomplish God's will we must engage and become active. Faith is action, so then our faith becomes meaningless without movement. There are many fears and humanly that's pretty normal, however; there will never be a time when God requires anything less than a faith-filled life. So my friends, get ready for the ride of your life. God will ALWAYS ride with us, no matter how stormy the way may be and remember, without movement, you will stay right where you are. If you are willing to tolerate your position now you'll never do anything else. So, don't stay here!!!!

WILL IT BE A HAPPY NEW YEAR?

With each new year comes brand new challenges. For many, they would pray for a better year, for others they would report 09 to have been a terrific year, but for most of us it has been a very difficult year. The induction of a new President brought mixed euphoria. Suddenly we found ourselves hit with recession and devastation. Many were without jobs, and changes in health care has become a concern to our nation as a whole. So, what does this year bring? Is there a real chance that things will ever get back to "normal?" But hey, what is "normal?" One thing is certain, JESUS IS COMING! And may I add, NO ONE is responsible for where we are,this is a fulfillment of God's Word. Actually everything is moving forward according to the seasons that Jesus spoke of. What an opportunity for revival! The church must be awaken to the season of harvest. We must seize the opportunity to spread the good news to a world filled with bad news. People are frightened and searching for something that will assure them peace. What a peace it is to have that right relationship with our Father. No matter what happens around me I will not be shaken! He is my rock, my strength, my all in all! Show them that kind of peace and they'll think for sure you are on something!!!! YEP, THEN YOU CAN REPLY, I'M HIGH ON JESUS!!! So what kind of year are we going into? One that is uncertain....But Jesus is constant!!! Keep your focus, seek God with all your heart. There is much in store for those who remain committed and faithful. Is this going to be a Happy New Year?......well... we'll find out....but remember Jesus must be number ONE!

A ROYAL CELEBRATION!

And, God is with us...What a joyous time of the year! We have an awesome opportunity to celebrate the birth of our King, Jesus! When I think about the relationship that we can have with Christ which is wonderful, endearing and intimate. It is my prayer that you and your family will take some quality time to worship the Lord together. Keep Him where He belongs, because, "Jesus is the reason for the season." Without the Savior's birth, there would be no Christmas. I love this time of year because I love to celebrate in Royal grandeur. Christ Jesus, my Lord deserves the biggest, brightest most excellent celebration of all time or seasons.

ALMOST HERE!!!!!

Dear Friends,

It's almost here..... just 4 more days and we will enter the Experiencing Revival Crusade. It is going to be a very important crusade. Not only do many of us just want to come and bask in God's awesome presence, but we need to stay focused that this is going to be a critical time for many needing deliverance. There are so many people who are so bound......not to mention that they have lost their identity. Life is filled with demands and responsibilities. We are "expected" to be a certain way, when for most that means...."performing!" We find ourselves just "going through the motions!" "God forbid that anyone really sees the REAL ME!!! I am not the person that others think I am......I have learned to be a great actress........I know how to be what is expected of me...I don the mask and play the role........BUT INSIDE I AM DYING!!!!!! OH HOW I WISH I KNEW WHO I REALLY AM!!" Only behind closed doors in the privacy of their own rooms can they take off the mask and be themselves. We have so many people who fit this mold. Please help me pray that God's delivering power will fill every area of the house. Help me pray that not one person will leave the way they come!!!!!

"IT WILL SURELY COME!"

Greetings Friends,

Well, it won't be long now....it is amazing how fast time passes. Can't believe that October is right around the corner and of course the CRUSADE is not far behind. I love this time of year....all the labor that has been done throughout the year finally brings us "Harvest Time!" I believe that we are about to see God do some extraordinary things for us. I was reminded just this week to pull up from the depths of my spirit those things that I long to see. I have to admit the enemy has "shut my mouth" regarding my dreams and desires. But, I realized through the words of a dear and close friend that I needed to begin speaking out those things once again. "Death and life is in the power of our tongue." I do believe that we must speak out the plans that God has for us. Whatever is in our spirit that won't die out is the pathway to our destiny. I know He hasn't brought me this far to say, " Never mind Shelia, I changed my mind." God has our destiny carefully protected against the enemy, and anything or anyone that would try to kill or defeat our journey. I know there have been many times that I felt like, "God, what is wrong with me, why do I meet people that I think will play a part in my future, only to be forgotten by them?" But God, reminds me that they were not a part of His plan for me......so I patiently wait on Him. He is our guide, mentor and Father. I know He is up to something. So keep dreaming, speaking and expecting because when you least expect it....IT WILL SURELY COME!!

Greetings in Jesus' Name! I hope you all are doing well and enjoying the summer. Can someone tell me where the summer months are going so quickly! Guess it doesn't matter much, I have been extremely busy. We are five weeks in at our new church facility. It is absolutely beautiful. It is just a building, a tool to win more lost and see lives changed and restored, but God graced us with such a wonderful building. Our dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2009. Can't wait to give it back to the Lord. Our desire and prayer is that people that come will feel the presence of the Lord getting out of their vehicles and then walk into the very face of God. Most of all, we desire revival to fall upon us, that the spirit of the Lord will be extremely mighty. I want to see people flock to the church because they know it won't be church as usual. That the Lord's presence will surround them and they will be able to worship in their own way. I hope that if you are ever close to us that you will come and worship with us. White Oak Worship...the church that makes you say....WOW!

Greetings,

I hope you all are doing well. I couldn't believe that April was my last entry, time flies by much too quickly. Did you know already we are half way through 2009? If you need to get some things done, you better go ahead and do them, because 2010 will be arriving soon. Of course this means that October is just around the corner and I've got to tell you, I am getting really excited about our up-coming crusade. I really do believe that God is setting us up for a powerful and potent move of His Spirit. RIGHT NOW is a great time to begin making plans to attend this special time in revival. The Lord has already spoken to my spirit and told me this was to be a "Deliverance Crusade!" I realize that we are living in a time when many people are in need of some kind of deliverance. Many unsolved issues, baggage and just plain "junk!" Folks need to be free. We have already begun prayer for all of you that God will do a mighty work in you throughout these meetings. Click on the CRUSADE LINK to get the information. Make up your mind that this is one crusade that you are not going to miss. It will be at our brand new church, White Oak Worship Center. I was thinking, now that is dangerous! Today is a "perfect" day, weather wise. Sunny, in the 80's, a slight breeze and just enough to really mess up your hair. I was thinking, it sure is amazing how a day like this gives me more energy, a feeling of uplift and believe it or not, I want to get out and exercise!! Yesterday, it was extremely windy and cold. Then, a few days ago it seemed like everyday it was raining. I had the "blah's!! You know, we want everyday to be just like this one. But what would our environment look like without the rain? It's the same with our walk with the Lord. We want everything to go smoothly without difficultly. But, guess what my friends.........."life happens!!" I must admit, it's so much easier when the blessings just come flowing in and it seems that for a moment you can relax and let your guard down......but, "DON'T DO IT!".......That's just what the enemy is waiting for you to do. Yes, we have to go through things, but I can promise you that when you come through to the other side we will have learned some things. I Peter 5:8, tells us to be sober and alert because the devil is out to get us. No matter how great things are going for you, don't let down your guard. Even on this beautiful sunny day, I know it will soon end and the rain will return. It is the law of nature and the law of God for my life. SO enjoy those easy days, but just remember the hard ones will come, but Jesus will be right there with you. GOD BLESS! Dr. S

EASTER CELEBRATION

Greetings Friends,
It's a wonderful time of the year! The weather is warming, flowers are blooming and birds are singing the praises of the Lord. I love the Easter Season, however; for the Christian we celebrate everyday the sacrifice that the Lord Jesus Christ made for all of us. My pastor made a statement last evening that really struck my spirit. He said, "It's one thing to call Jesus Savior and another thing to call Him Lord!" What he means is that, it's one thing to know who Jesus is, but another thing to have Him be your Lord. Only if you have received Him as your personal Savior can He ever be your Lord. I pray that this season will draw you closer as you reflect on what God has done for you. We are a blessed people even in the midst of a recession. God is our provision and He cares about us. I pray that you and your family have a very blessed Easter.

CRUSADE HIGHLIGHTS!

Oh Wow! How do I begin. We just came out of our Spring Experiencing Revival Crusade, "Only Believe." We were believing for God to show up and do great things, and He exceeded our expectations. I want to yell out a BIG THANK YOU to all of you who came and hung out with us. We were so blessed to have people from all over the United States. Branson Settle Inn is a wonderful Hotel and Conference Center. We thank them also for hosting our event and making it possible for us to be there. Everyone that came through those doors did so with such expectation. The atmosphere was charged with the power and presence of God. Many were healed and ministered to by the touch of the Master's hands. I don't think any of us can say that we left the same way we came. Our hearts were filled with such a presence of the Father. We were able to witness healing's, deliverance's and transformations. I was so excited that in Saturday evening's service, a dear friend that is Methodist came and received the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. As she embraced the power of God, her face just glowed with the touch of God upon her. She later stated, "I just never knew this was available for us, I was not taught about the Holy Spirit in this way." It is for whosoever will come and receive. Denominations do not matter to the Holy Spirit. God desires to give us all what we long for. MORE OF HIM! Sometimes it means getting out of our comfort zone, or just closing off our ears to all of the negative and allow the Lord to speak to our inner most spirit. There is no limit to how much of God you can have. The laughter and joy that filled my sister was within itself a testimony. She had been battling a spirit of depression. The freedom, and her abandoned worship chased those spirits away. She will never be the same and I know I will never be the same! Whatever we can believe Him for He can do. UP-COMING SPRING CRUSADE

Dear Friends,
I am so excited about our up-coming Experiencing Revival Crusade. Our theme is, "ONLY BELIEVE," March 12-14th. We will be in the beautiful Branson, Missouri at the Branson Settle Inn. You still have time to reserve your room. This is an opportunity for you to take a mini vacation, see the sights in Branson during the day and enjoy being in the presence of the Lord in the evening. The services are going to be held in the conference center of the Branson Settle Inn. I really believe if you will come expecting the Lord will show up for you. I am reminded of the woman with the issue of blood. (Mark 5:25) The Bible says that she had spend all she had, but grew worse. Yet, there was still enough strength found in her to make it to where Jesus was. There was 2 things that was needed for her to receive her miracle. Expectation and faith! With great faith she merely reached out and touched his garment. After reading this story getting healed seems so simple, yet many today are still not healed. It takes a pure faith to truly believe that God can absolutely do the impossible. All God wants is for us to reach out and touch him with our faith. Our missionaries in Haiti, tell a beautiful story of Pastor Joe in Boutin. During a service some years ago, Pastor Joe was faced with a serious problem. The church was filled to capacity and people were standing all around the outside the church when suddenly a woman began screaming, holding her newborn baby up. The baby had died and she was frantic. Pastor Joe quickly makes his way to the back of the church where the woman was, reached out and took the baby in his arms. He then commanded life to return to this baby and immediately the baby took a quick breath. The baby began breathing as though nothing had even happened. Pastor Joe not only preached signs, wonders and miracles, but he believed that God could do what he preached about. So not only is God able to heal all manner of diseases and afflictions but is able to raise the dead. To some this seems far-fetched, BUT GOD! I know in my own life there have been times when I thought God was not going to answer, but He is faithful to do that, that we can truly believe Him for. I encourage you today, hold on to your faith, don't give up. God will come through for you in due season. Though your situation seems impossible, God can do for you what you can believe Him for. HAPPY NEW YEAR, OR IS IT?

Dear Friends,

It is customary to say, "Happy New Year!" For a moment it seems everyone is excited and elated that a new year has arrived. The highlight is watching the ball drop in New York's, Time Square. Out with the old, and in with the new. But, is it indeed a happy new year? After the balloons lose their helium, the music dies and people fade back into their same old surroundings, is it possible then, to gain a new perspective of, "the way it really is?" Our economy is failing, wars are waging, jobs are lost and dreams are shattered. On top of all of this January 20Th marks the inauguration of a New President. God bless his heart! I feel the need to say to everyone, President Elect, Obama is going to need all of our prayers. He has some tall orders to fill. I'll bet he wonders, "what have I gotten myself into." How can there be a "happy" in any of this? For those of us who are committed to the Lord Jesus Christ, there is good news. God promises to remain faithful to those who have right relationship with Him. He cares about where we are, but many things must take place for the sake of fulfilled prophecy. Keep in mind though, that He is ever present in times of need! While unbelievers are falling by the wayside, losing masses in the stock market, frantic and confused. they can find no peace. No matter what comes, there is perfect peace in the life of the believer. It is amazing that we can have peace in a world of turmoil. I encourage you to keep your eyes on the Lord. Get deep into His Word, and seek His presence. This my friend is your only hope of survival. 2009! Nine is the number defined as "birthing." I do believe that some things are going to be birthed in 2009. Are we ready for what is to come. Whether good or bad, I'm in the hand of my Father. My prayers are with you all and by faith I say, Happy New Year!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Greetings All,

Christmas is almost upon us with just 2 days left as I write. I want to take this time to wish each of you a very Merry Christmas. This is absolutely my most favorite time of the year. It's a special season as we focus more intensely on Christ' birth. Thank God for His son, Jesus. What an awesome gift! For many, Christmas is just another burden, creating more of a hardship, trying to buy gifts that you cannot afford. It seems so easy to forget the true meaning of Christmas. With our plunging economy, many are forced to celebrate Christmas with very little. Our country is in for more trial, greater difficulties, but when we are faced with such distress, it does one of two things. It will either drive us further away from God, or it will literally drive us to our knees. Christmas can be a time of grave depression for those with little finances, but Christ remains our constant resource. There is perfect peace that casts out all fear. We must embrace Christ more than ever. As we move forward we must learn to put all of our faith and trust in the one that can make a way for us. I pray that this will be the best Christmas you have ever experienced, not because of what you any receive or give, but rather allowing Christ to be your Christmas! REVIVAL IN PRISON

Recently I had the privilege of ministering at Green Rock Correctional Center. With over 1,000 inmates it was an awesome opportunity to share the gospel in 2 nights of revival! We were blessed as each night the men filled the gym to share in the celebration of God's presence. Micheal Day, Steve Smith and Rodney Harper filled the atmosphere with sounds of praise and worship unto the Lord. Chaplain Lee Harris was a perfect host along with a very professional and secure staff of guards. I must say I enjoyed the "extreme" liberty to preach to guys who want a "up in your face" kind of message. The message that God filled my heart with was one of forgiveness, hope and restoration. Even in prison there are men who carry a call from God and are ministering to other inmates with the "Power of Persuasion," and that is, "to follow me as I follow Christ. I won't just tell you, but I'll show you the way!" After those 2 profound nights we saw 30 men walk across that gym to receive Christ as their personal Savior! Wow! Praise God! As I passed each one to pray over them, the pain and exhaustion in their eyes was overwhelming to see. But, God!!!!!! He has the power to transform lives no matter what kind of past one has. Each one of these men are incarcerated for crimes that we would rather not know about, BUT GOD loves them anyhow! And the blood of Christ is the only way to a brand new chance to get it right. To the many friends that I have made at Green Rock. "Stay strong, stay focused. I know it is a difficult and lonely road you now travel, but even in the solitude God speaks. He is your strength, He is your high tower, He is the Rock that you hold on to. He will never leave you, even in prison, even in your darkest hour. Hold on....... your best days are ahead of you with Jesus as the Lord of your heart. God has the power to turn any situation around, just believe Him. You are all in my daily prayers, and I love you with the Love of the Lord! It was truly an honor to meet each of you. To the rest of us let us remember how blessed we are. We are free. But, with that freedom comes responsibility to live our lives in such a way, that others are drawn to the hope that we know in Jesus. There are far too many that are living in their own prisons of despression, despair, hoplessness and sin. Will you join me as we daily pray for the many men and women incarcerated. Unlike many of those in churches today, they are FREE and they are having REVIVAL IN PRISON!

EXPERIENCING REVIVAL CRUSADE, "Consuming Fire"

WOW! We just came out of our 5Th annual Experiencing Revival Crusade. I'm not sure I can put into words just how awesome God's presence was. He saturated us with His power, presence, love and warmth. It was exciting to see so many touched as only God can do. On Thursday evening we started off with powerful and highly anointed praise and worship by our crusade music leader, Pastor Mark Machan and music team. Mark knows how to usher us into God's Holy presence. God allowed me to share the message, "Refiners Fire." Following the message the alter filled with folks desiring to be consumed with God's fire. Even though it meant dealing with our inner most self, I think we were all ready to be purified and ready for that next level. Friday evening, our worship never ended. When the music fades and the worship continues then you know it is "Pure Worship!" The Holy Ghost did the preaching and we found ourselves in the middle of many miracles. We just continued to worship until up in the evening with no end. Many commented on that they had never been in just a worship service with no preaching. We just believe in following the leading of the spirit. Sometimes God changes the order of our services so that the enemy cannot always know what God is doing. Saturday we had ministry classes available a couple of hours prior to the evening service. By the time the service began, everyone was pumped, and ready to worship. Again, God graced us with His awesome presence. The message title was, "212 Degrees." God is prompting us to push just one more degree to get to the boiling point. When we are intense for Him it shows, and the heat from the fire can be felt on us wherever we go. The greatest blessing for me, was having folks come and say, "God changed my life," "I'll never be the same again." "212 degrees is ringing over in my heart and spirit." "I can't chance being cold and indifferent anymore, I know now that I must stay close to the fire." This was one of the greatest crusades God has ever allowed me to host. Along with Bishop Ron Webb and the MT Calvary Powerhouse Church we were able to present God with Excellence! Folks went away saying, "This was really a display of Consuming Fire!" Women's Conference Testimony

Recently I had the privilege of being at a wonderful Women's Conference. In the afternoon service I ministered one of my favorite messages, "11:59." It is the story of Cinderella taken from a spiritual perspective. After traveling home and pondering over the day's events, I like many ministers began to wonder if I obeyed every prompting from the Holy Spirit. I only do what I do because I desire to see lives transformed. Sometimes after pouring out and feeling so drained, the enemy will show up and tell you everything you do wrong! "Those women thought you were crazy!" "You certainly didn't help anyone!" "You are a failure!" After years of these kind of attacks, I have finally learned to dismiss the devil and prepare for the next assignment. The next day I received this wonderful email from one of the women that attended this conference. I just had to share this with you all (of course with her permission). So enjoy and be blessed!

Dear Dr. Isom,
I am writing to you after attending your conference at my church Beaver Creek Church of the Brethren today. I had made plans to attend the conference early and I was pregnant at the time we signed up for it. During the time from signing up for the conference and the time of the conference we found out when I was 5 months pregnant that there was a problem with our baby. A routine blood test during pregnancy revealed the possibility that our baby could have Downs Syndrome. They had set up appointments with the Prenatal Diagnostic Center and for us to go for a diagnostic ultrasound. On July 31, 2008, after the ultrasound, they told us that our baby had died. We had to decide that day, within a few hours of finding out that we had lost our baby when I would have to be induced. It was all so overwhelming! I wasn't angry with God that our son Lucus died. I even told the doctors that God has His reasons and that He had other plans for Lucas. My husband was and is very supportive during this time, but he couldn't really understand or feel the pain that I, as the mother, was feeling for losing our son. I felt like a failure, because my other 2 pregnancies were high risk. Our oldest son, John, was born 2 1/2 months premature and spent 2 months in NICU. We were so fortunate that John didn't suffer any problems as a result of being a "preemie." I went into premature labor again with our daughter , Gracie 2 years later. I had to be on bed rest 4 months and had to receive weekly shots to try and prevent labor. Thankfully, I made it to full-term. Gracie was born with a protein deficiency that we didn't know about until she had a reaction to her DTP shot at 6 months. She spent 2 weeks in the hospital and almost died. So, I am very blessed to have 2 wonderful, healthy children that are now 5 and 3 years old.

I have been having some complications since the loss of Lucus, and when I got up this morning I had decided that I really didn't feel up to coming to the conference. As the morning began, I kept having this feeling that I needed to be at church. I got in the shower and was crying because I didn't feel like I was a woman of worth. I didn't feel like I was worth anything. I got to the church for the second part of the conference and spoke with you. You prayed for me and told me that I would get through this. I still wasn't feeling too sure about coming, but after you prayed with me, I started feeling a little less worthless (for lack of a better word). I couldn't believe it when you asked me to come forward during the service. I thought, what does she want me for. I'm not the center of attention type of person, but rather one that would be on the side lines. Then, you ask me to take off my socks and shoes, then I really thought, God, what do you have in store for me now? But as you were talking about Cinderella and the glass slipper and then you ask me to put the "slipper" on I wondered, where is this going. But, the slipper fit perfectly! The Lord spoke through you to me and I couldn't believe that I was "Cinderella." Yes, I do have a "Prince Charming" for a husband, but I had to kiss a couple of frogs before he came along. My two previous marriages were both abusive physically and mentally, so for the third time really was the charm.

I know that the Lord, "pushed me out of my side line comfort zone" to get me to church today. There was no way that you could have planned your service around me prior to today, because I almost didn't come. Divine intervention is what I call it. I know that my mom had spoken to you briefly and told you what I had been going through and she asked you to pray for me and my husband, Eric. I can't put into words how different I felt when I left the conference. I still had the hurt and the pain, both physically and emotionally, but I felt "lighter." I didn't feel like I had the weight of the world on me anymore. I realized that yes, it's painful but I will get through this with time and the Grace of God. You helped me to realize that I was never alone during all of this. I knew that, but at the same time I wasn't "getting it." I can't thank you enough for what you have helped me with today. I know that this is a long email, but I can't really put it into words how I feel. The Lord blessed me in more ways than I can count today and made me realize I have a lot of people praying for my family. I was trying to explain it all to my husband tonight and of course it wasn't coming out quite right or to make real sense to him what happened to me, but I think he realized God planned for me to be there today and somehow I fit into part of your service.

I want to thank you for letting me be, "Cinderella" and realize what 11:59 is really all about. Please continue your awesome ministry, because you touched so many people today that I know personally, and made a difference in how we see things. May the Lord continue to bless you and your ministry. I will be praying for all your works and I know you will be praying for me.

GOD IS ON TIME!

Have you ever felt like God was a million miles away? Have you ever felt like "you just didn't know what to do?" Recently while reading the Word, I came across the story of King Jehosaphat in 2 Chronicles 20. Even a King admitted that he didn't know what to do. After reading this wonderful story again, it refreshed my understanding that yes, every battle is the Lords, but we have a part to play in each battle. It is refreshing to be able to say sometimes, "Lord I don't know what to do." I believe that God is saying, "yes but I do if you'll just trust me." The key is that we must trust Him. Our faith is what pleases God more than anything else. Let me be honest though, trust is easier said than done. Why is it so difficult for us human beings to trust God in every situation. Trust comes as we build our relationship with God. He loves us so much and that really is a comforting feeling. Always remember that God will never leave nor forsake you. He cares about where we've been, where we are right now, and most of all where we are going. So the first step is admitting, "I don't know what to do." The second step is placing the problem in God's hands. Yes trust Him, to get you through the battle. The Battle is the Lord's and He is always on time!

"LORD, KEEP SENDING REVIVAL!"

Garry and I just returned from a week in Florida visiting his sister and her family. While there we had the opportunity to attend a couple of services at the Lakeland Revival. Sunday night we entered the closed in tent type building and was instantly over-whelmed with the thousands of people waiting for the service to begin. It was indeed different, not a lot of visiting, and talking going on like prior to our services. The people came from all over the world. We talked with a couple of ladies from Ireland, and another pastor from Russia. The atmosphere was very intense and you could feel the anticipation from the crowd as they eagerly waited for the service to begin. Finding a seat close was near impossible for many had come early to claim the front areas. I too begin to feel such an excitement as the momentum begin to build. I came with one desire; to be imparted with "fresh fire!" The music starts and instantly people are running to the front to praise and worship our God without restriction. Some were waving their flags to reveal the country they were representing. I wanted to worship but for a moment I was lured away by the awesome transformations taking place right before me. Some of the people's faces shone with the glory of God. This was a taste of heaven with thousands of people, young and old worshiping God in unity. There were no other agendas or motives for being here. It took my breath away! I begin to cry out, "Oh God thank you, thank you for you're sovereign visitation." I have prayed for revival to come to our since I began my ministry in 2000. So similar to the Brownsville Revival were manifestations of God's presence upon the people. I recall one older gentleman in his 70's lying prostrate on the floor shaking under the power of God. Another teenage boy was lying beside him, also shaking under the power. I saw older women dancing as though no one else was in the building. Even children were weeping and reverent in the presence of the Lord. The praise and worship seem to last for about 2 - 3 hours, with only a few sitting down, but still praising. Todd Bentley is the vessel that God has chosen for this out-pouring. He is, according to those slightly more religious, "different." Covered in tattoo's and piercings, radically and boldly proclaims that this is not about a person, rather this is about Jesus! Amen! A few have asked me, "Shelia do you think this is really of God?" And I reply, "My friend, churches are no longer having Sunday night services because they can't get the people to come out. Here is a revival that has been relocated out of the "church building" and thousands of people are crowding in. Not just Floridians, but people from all over the world. And....God is healing people from everything! People are getting saved and delivered from demonic possession. Even the dead are being raised! So you tell me...is this of God?
Before you give you're opinion, my adivce would be...go check it out for yourself! My cry is....."LORD, KEEP SENDING REVIVAL!"

LORD, SEND US REVIVAL!

I just returned home after being out about 2 weeks. I was in the Branson, Missouri and surrounding areas. God ordained our time in Missouri with some powerful services. I started out with a Women's conference at New Life Temple in Hollister, MO. Wow, these women were ready and waiting for God's power and presence. We saw many touched and healed. Only God can make things like that happen. We then headed on to Lamar, MO. Oakton United Methodist , is quite a church. God showed up there and literally knocked our socks off. Pastor Garfield is doing a tremendous work there at Oakton. He desires people to come and be free in God's presence. On Sunday evening, God's wind blew into that place and there were few left standing. I like to define this church like this: "The Church that offers a unique experience." When people are hungry, it's difficult to leave. On Wednesday, I had the opportunity to speak to a group of wild, radical young people. Wouldn't you know it, God showed up here too. It seemed everywhere we went, He went. (Smile). Young people lined the floor, weeping and being touched by the power of God. Thursday, I had the honor of being with Rev. Jim and Laurie Bakker. It's really easy to talk about my passion, REVIVAL! When I hear that word, every fiber of my being is thrilled! Morningside, Wow, God has done and is doing great things in their ministry. Jim Bakker is a perfect example that the gifts and callings of God are without repentance. We may fail, but God never changes His mind on what He has called us to do. GO JIM & LAURIE!!!! The presence of REVIVAL is being felt everywhere. Pastor Craig Baslee in Neosho is a man hard after God. We headed there for revival services and almost couldn't stand for the intense presence of the Lord. When we call Him near, He comes! Sunday brought us to a beautiful church called Brookside. Now you talk about, COME LORD JESUS....HE CAME! These people are easy to have church with, they were basking in the presence of God. It was awesome. We witnessed miracles and healing's throughout the evening. We started at 6:30 and left around 11:00 PM. God doesn't care about time when He has things to do!!! What am I saying....everywhere we went God was there. Not just there, but POWERFULLY!!! There is nothing within us. It takes God to accomplish those kinds of things, but when we are hungry it delights our Father and He comes where we are. Are you hungry for revival? It is my cry...LORD SEND REVIVAL...IT WILL COST US SOMETHING, BUT LORD SEND REVIVAL!!!!

WEATHER FARE CHRISTIANS

After some warm winds and sunny weather, I am sitting in my den with the fireplace blazing trying to get warm. I can't believe how quickly the weather changes. March winds and teasing temperatures give way to ice, snow and a chill that goes deep into your bones. As I was thinking about the changing weather, my mind drifted to the reality of how quickly some people can change. Christians sometimes just can't make up their mind whether they want to follow the Lord completely or give way to a complacent lifestyle. That's part of my job, preaching messages that will awaken the spirit and stir the realization that Jesus is soon to return. We must be "waiting, and watching" for we know not when He will come. The Word of God calls for us to be stable, steadfast and always abounding in the love of God. The world is filled with temptations to lure us into a state of mediocrity. We must stir the gifts that are within us to go after God on a continual basis. I want those revival fires to burn within me. I want my passion to push me farther than I have ever been. Though everything around me changes, (and it will) I just want to be consistent in my love and desire for Christ. People are easily turned off with Christians, when we change with the wind. Christian means "Christ like." That means daily! So no matter what the weather does on the outside, make sure your spiritual temperature stays. the same

"DO YOU HAVE A REASON TO CELEBRATE?"

"He stayed on the cross.....for His life was a gift to all humankind." I honestly have a hard time comprehending the love of God at times. Why would God give His Son to die for humanity, even when He knew many would not receive Him? That my friend is why God is God and we are not. His grace and mercy is much more than any of us deserve. Just when the devil thought it was over...Jesus rises up out of that tomb. His life is our eternal life. There has never been, not even now, nor will it ever be another Jesus. He is the ONLY WAY to the Father. Jesus' life was a gift to all those that will receive Him. But, that is the key, we must receive this precious gift. It's more than knowing that Jesus did indeed die for you, but you much embrace Him and accept this awesome redemption from sin.

Mark 15:37,38.

"And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and gave up the ghost.

And the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom."

That veil was present in the Holy place to keep us out. Only the high priest could enter once his preparations were complete. But, when Jesus took His last breath, the very moment of His death, torn that veil into allowing you and I to come into the very presence of God. WOW, what more do we need. Listen I'm not belittling your struggles today, but hey friend, there was a price paid for you to walk in victory!! That's shouting ground!!! The approaching season is for us the Christian to commemorate the death, burial and resurrection for our Lord. But for us the Christian we CELEBRATE every day!! You better take hold of what is at your disposal. Don't delay in getting to know this Sovereign Lord. He loves you and wants to have relationship with you RIGHT NOW!! I wish you a powerful, refreshing celebration this Easter. Without HIM THERE IS NO CELEBRATION!!!!!! May I ask you, DO YOU HAVE A REASON TO CELEBRATE??? THINK ABOUT IT.

"Love Is In The Air"

Don't forget February 14th. I'm not sure where this day originated from but I really like it. Love, is a very special gift from our Heavenly Father. It is a deep emotion that is almost unexplainable. I always enjoy leaving my husband a card and some candy in the kitchen for him to find when he comes in from work. He always does something special for me as well. I don't think people that are truly in love need a special day to show that loved one how much you care. This should be a daily expression! My husband and me share "I love you's" all day long. Life is too short not to show others the way you feel. Never put off tomarrow what you can say today because, for many the next day never came. The Word of God says, "Life is but a vapor and appears for a season, then it vanishes away." I guess Valentine's Day is another reminder to me, how extraodinary each day is. It is truly a gift. So think about how precious life is to you. Never take anyone or even yourself for granted. Get your, "I love you's" ready, then practice saying them everyday! You'll be amazed just how far a little, "I love you will take you!" Happy Valentine's Day to you all!

"A Special Touch"

In Spirit-filled circles we hear the word, "anointing" almost non-stop. And, for the spirit-filled believer we know that the anointing is necessary for anything to be accomplished for the cause of Christ. As I travel, I have the wonderful opportunity of ministering in many different denominations. And, often after hearing me preach will ask, "what is that anointing that you talk about?" The anointing defined is simply, "God's special touch on one's life." Who qualifies for this anointing? Any born-again believer that is desiring to be used. God is never looking for ability, but rather, He is looking for a-v-a-i-l-i-b-i-l-i-t-y!! If you are available to God in prayer and study of the Word, seeking to know Him more, then you are making yourself available for Him. God sees our motives and He sees the desires of our heart. He knows above all if we truly want Him to use us for His Glory. That special touch, (anointing) comes down in and out of us to get a job done. The anointing is only given to "destroy yolks off peoples lives." With a true anointing, it's like a black and white photo being filled with color, and it comes alive. To me the anointing is like the first day of spring, when everything is waking up. It's like nothing else. If you are not sure about this anointing, this touch on your life, ask God to fill you with His anointing. For those of us in ministry, we are called to be a servant. In order to get that job done well, we need that supernatual touch upon our lives. The anointing demands attention, because the duel action of power that flows with it cannot be denied. For this new year we really need that anointing. For with the anointing we will see mighty things done for the cause of Christ. God Bless!

"HOW DOES IT FEEL?"

How does it feel to finally make it to another year? Some might say, "well, I don't know.....guess it feels the same." No, I really do feel something different in my spirit for 2008. I for one am glad to say goodbye to 2007. It was a difficult year for many. The number 7 is symbolic for "completion and perfection." The number 8 is "New Beginnings." Actually my attitude has changed toward each day. I have committed to living each new day with excitement, motivation and with a greater desire to Please the Lord. I want my life to really mean something. I want to grasp the idea that "I woke up this morning, wow...what a gift." God has blessed me with a body that moves and a sound mind. Each day is special...even with all the struggles, this day is special. I want to share with you thoughts that a dear friend shared with me. "Today I wish for you a day of ordinary miracles." A fresh pot of coffee you didn't have to make yourself. An unexpected phone call from an old friend. Green stoplights on your way to work. I wish you a day of little things to rejoice in.....the fastest line at the grocery store. Your car keys right where you can find them. A good sing along song on K-Love. I wish you a day of perfection and happiness......Little bite-size pieces of perfection that give you the funny feeling that SOMEONE is smiling on you, and holding you so gently because you are special and rare. I wish YOU a day of Peace, Happiness and Joy. They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire life to forget them. Take the time! How does it feel now?? Wishing you a blessed New Year!
